BE KAOS Membership Terms

By joining BE KAOS, you agree to the following membership terms:

1. Your Membership

BE KAOS is a subscription-based community designed to support women in building confidence, visibility, personal brands and bigger lives.Your membership may include:•⁠ ⁠Community access•⁠ ⁠Workshops and live sessions•⁠ ⁠Digital resources•⁠ ⁠Events and networking opportunities•⁠ ⁠Accountability and support•⁠ ⁠Additional member benefits which may evolve over timeMembership benefits may change, improve or expand as the community grows.

 

 

2. Payments & Billing

Membership payments are charged automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected at checkout.Renewals are processed automatically on the same billing date as the original purchase unless cancelled before renewal.Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.Payments are securely processed through our payment provider.

3.Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and community-based nature of BE KAOS memberships, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, access to BE KAOS member benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

6. Community Expectations

BE KAOS is built to be a supportive, ambitious and respectful environment.By joining, members agree:•⁠ ⁠To treat others with respect•⁠ ⁠Not to harass, bully or intimidate other members•⁠ ⁠Not to share confidential information from the community externally•⁠ ⁠Not to spam, aggressively sell or misuse the platformBE KAOS reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour negatively impacts the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All BE KAOS content, resources, workshops, branding and materials remain the intellectual property of BE KAOS and may not be copied, shared, reproduced or resold without permission.

8. Disclaimer

BE KAOS provides educational content, guidance and community support. Individual results in business, confidence, visibility or personal growth will vary and are not guaranteed.Members remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes.

9. Changes to Memberships

We may occasionally update membership pricing, features or benefits to improve the BE KAOS experience. Members will receive reasonable notice of any significant changes.

10. Privacy

By joining BE KAOS, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receiving membership-related communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Membership Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
